Why it feels different
One page that fits the way you actually work.
Three modes, one page
Appointments, full days, and tickets on one page.
A consulting hour, a venue for a Saturday, and forty seats at a class are the same page and the same link. No second product for the event.
Industry-specific language
It speaks your industry.
Patients, guests, clients, attendees, diners — every label, confirmation, and error matches what you actually sell, in English or Spanish.
Private self-service
They fix their own changes.
Every confirmation carries a private link to reschedule or cancel. The change lands on your calendar without landing in your inbox.
Google Calendar
Your bookings, on the calendar you already keep.
Haab Calendar is booking software for small businesses. You publish a booking page, your clients book on it without creating an account, and confirmed bookings can appear on your own Google Calendar.
How we handle Google data →Connecting is optional.
Nothing is requested from Google until you connect an account, and you can disconnect at any time from your settings, which revokes the access immediately.
Bookings go out; busy times come back.
Haab writes one event per confirmed booking and reads busy times from the calendars you nominate, so a commitment already on your calendar blocks that slot.
Your clients' details never leave Haab.
Events carry the service name and nothing else. A client's name, email, phone, and notes are never written to Google, because a calendar can be shared and Haab does not decide who may read them.
Trust & privacy
Built to be trusted with a real calendar.
Especially when the calendar belongs to a clinic, and the people booking are patients.
The server decides, not the browser.
A held slot is held on the server. When two people reach for the same time, one is confirmed and the other is told immediately — the page cannot talk itself into a double booking.
No accounts means no passwords to lose.
Your clients never register, so there is no client password to store, leak, or reset. Their booking is reached through a private link that is stored hashed, never in plain text.
Your page is yours to publish.
Nothing is public until you publish it, and you can take it down again from your dashboard without deleting your work.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
The quickest answer is usually a real page. Book one of the demos like a client would.
What works today?
Public booking pages, live availability, ten-minute holds, confirmations, event capacity, and a private self-service link on every booking.
Can I take registrations for a class or event?
Yes. Events count confirmed and held spots against your capacity, so a class closes itself when it fills.
Full-day bookings, not just appointments?
Yes. Appointments, full days, and registrations share one page.
Can bookings be added to a calendar?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a calendar file. It also includes a private QR for opening or verifying the booking.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access.
